Our story
Aum SLN Enterprises started EcoSmart +Blue to address the everyday need for quality-assured Diesel Exhaust Fluid in Karnataka and the surrounding region. The plant in Chikballapur taluk is commissioned and producing AUS 32 to the concentration and purity levels specified by ISO 22241-1 and IS 17042 (Part 1).
The business model is bulk-first. Most of our output goes to franchise partners who resell into their own territory under their own brand. For direct-from-plant supply, get in touch with your requirement — 100 L is a useful reference, and we quote per enquiry. Smaller quantities are best sourced from our franchise partners.
The priority at this stage is disciplined production: clean water chemistry, batch-level QC, and predictable dispatch. The commercial side is being built around those operational basics rather than the other way around.

We focus on what fleet operators and franchise partners actually need from a DEF supplier: product consistency, documentation, and supply reliability.
Supply ISO 22241-1 AUS 32 with audit-ready batch records and a dispatch cadence fleet buyers and franchise partners can plan around.
Grow steadily through franchise partners without cutting corners on water chemistry, QC, or handling. Scale is secondary to quality. For territory inquiries, get in touch with us directly.
The Chikballapur unit is built around a standard AUS 32 manufacturing flow: water treatment, dissolution, batch QC, and packaging.

Every step is controlled and documented. Batch records follow the product to the customer.
Raw water is drawn from a dedicated source and passed through softeners to remove hardness before any purification.
Activated carbon and FRP pressure vessels strip chlorine, organics, and suspended particles ahead of the membrane stage.
Reverse osmosis followed by electro-deionisation brings the water to ASTM Type I purity, meeting the deionised-water requirement of ISO 22241.
Automotive-grade urea is dosed and dissolved with deionised water to a 32.5% solution in a controlled blending skid.
Every batch is checked for urea concentration, refractive index, and appearance before it is released for packaging.
Released batches are filled into 5/10/20 L cans, 500 L drums, 1000 L IBCs, or tankers, with batch records retained for traceability.
